Children are not allowed at the salon. Please understand that this is due to the use of chemicals in our salon that can prevent a hazard to children. If you bring a child with you to your salon service, you will kindly be asked to reschedule to another day or time and may be subject to the same-day cancellation fee.

We do not allow clients to purchase their own hair outside of our salon. When it comes to hair extensions, we have a standard of quality that we require when pairing with our work.

 

Scheduling

 

Appointments that result in a No-Show or cancellation less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and will be required to secure all future bookings with a deposit.

Please do not be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes, you will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the same-day cancellation fee.
